Juicing in the mornings can have its advantages. For example, throwing in all veggies and fruit that might be about to spoil. It’s also a quick breakfast. Blend, and drink. You can add superfoods, and other Omega3s to make it a complete meal. It’s simple and healthy start. Hopefully the rest of your day consists in making more of these right choices.
Beets & Mint Smoothie
– 1/2 Beet
– 1 1/2 Tsp of Dried Mint or Fresh Mint
– 3 Stalks of Celery
– 1 Handful of Spinach
– 1/2 Peeled Cucumber (Peeled if it’s not organic, or if it’s organic but it comes from another country)
– 1″ of Ginger
– 16oz of Coconut Water
– Wash your veggies
– Half beet, trim off the nub, it’s an enzyme inhibitor. No need to peel it.
– Peel Ginger
– Throw all ingredients in blender. Blend and serve immediately.
