We love Açai Bowls. All of us. And my daughter too. I’m the one that orders extra granola when I order an Açai Bowl at a cafe or restaurant. There’s something about the creaminess and crunchiness combination of the berry flavor and the toasted oats that is simply perfect.
I usually wake up to a green smoothie, but when this doesn’t happen I make sure to eat or add greens to whatever I’m having. This Açai Bowl is not the exception. I’ve been having it for breakfast repeatedly, exchanging the kale for spinach or vice-versa. And trust me, this bowl it’s still silky, and a mouthful of delicious luscious berry-chocolate crunchy goodness.
Chocolate Açai Bowl
– 1 Pack of Açai Bowl
– 1 Handful of Spinach or 3-4 Kale Leaves
– 2 Tbsp of Cacao
– 1/2 C of Berry Medley
– 1 Banana
– 1 Tbsp of Maca
– 1 Tbsp of Nut Butter
– 1/8-1/4 C of Nut Milk or Coconut Water
– Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender. Serve and pour with your own homemade Roasted Granola!
