Drinking your greens is easier than you think. This should be a habit that we must incorporate more in our lifestyle. Start your morning the right way, with a green smoothie. This is a two layered smoothie, in the bottom I blended all the green fruits and veggies I had in my fridge including avocados! On the top layer I went for more sweet fruits and a touch of mint to balance the flavor of my smoothie.
Avocado Mint Smoothie
– 1/2 Avocado
– 2 Handfuls of Spinach
– 1 Lemon (Blend the seeds too if you have a high speed blender)
– 1 Kiwi
– 2 C of Water
– 1 Banana
– 1 C of Frozen Pine Apple
– Mint Leaves
– First, blend all ingredients of the bottom layer. Pour in glass.
– Then, blend all ingredient of the top layer and pour in glass with a spoon.
