Ugly Cookies: Sometimes we have to set cookies aside because they don't grow in the oven to their regular size. They look smaller but weigh the same as our regular cookies. Or sometimes, they rebel, and instead of assuming a round shape, they decide to go triangle on us. Or, we have decided to remove them from our collection. These are the ugly cookies!
Shipping Details
- Like our baked goods, our shipping is done with care and attention.
- To ensure that our baked goods arrive fresh and perfectly preserved, we carefully package our orders in insulated containers with dry ice or gel packs.
- All UPS orders are shipped on Tuesday without exception, using either Next-Day or 2nd Day Service to ensure prompt, fresh delivery.
- We ship nationwide.
- If your order says "can't ship to address" you might have an item that is available for pick-up only.
- Catering baked goods can not be shipped ground. These items must be ordered for Pick-up only.

- We use tree-nuts extensively

- We do not accept substitutes or modifications to recipes.

Proper Care
The product should always be covered, protected from air, humidity or light.
- Room temperature: 4-5 Days
You can extend shelf-life by storing the desserts at controlled temperatures:
- Fridge: 2 weeks
- Freezer: 3 months
