Choices Cafe Upper East Side
646 NE 79th St,
Miami, FL 33138
As its name entails, Choices has plenty of Choices. An extensive menu of wraps, burgers, salads, smoothies and juices. All their products are organic so the price of the dishes reflects the good quality. However, their wraps are tasty and filling. My favorite is the Mental Lentil Wrap paired up with a Thinner Mint Smoothie. The Raw Carrot Soup is also delicious, hearty and creamy.
Mi Vida Cafe
7244 Biscayne Blvd Miami, FL 33138
I love the atmosphere and relaxing environment of this cozy cafe. It sits aprox 5-6 tables. It’s an intimate small cafe to bring a date or have a nice quiet dinner. I enjoy their menu and raw options like the Onion Bread Fresh Veggie Wrap or their Raw Pesto Pizza. Ask for their homemade Almond Milk!
2711 NE 2nd Ave, FL 33137
This little gem that sits on 2 NE ave and the corner of 27th St it’s one of those place once you discovered you will be hooked for life. Especially if you work at Wynwood, this will be your go-to lunch spot. Their menu offers options both for vegan, vegetarians and carnivores alike. Their Kale Salad with Spicy Dressing is bomb!
Guarapo Juice Bar
649 NE 79th St Miami, FL 33138
A juice bar dedicated to offer organic juices with a secret ingredient, Sugar Cane! Well, it’s not that secret since their name stands for sugar cane in spanish “Guarapo”. You can also custom your own juice and pop in for lunch and try their Momma’s Lentil Soup. It always solds out so come in early.

Milk Gone Nuts!
1840 Alton Rd
Miami Beach, FL 33139
(305) 535- 5000
Exactly what fast food should be. Healthy! Cold press juices, fresh salads, veggie wraps and ready to grab house-made Cashew, Almond or Coconut Milk on the go! Small cafeteria located inside the Texaco gas station operated by the owners itself. Try the ice cream bars, the chocolate-coconut with cashew milk is finger-licking-delicious!
1935 West Ave #102 Miami Beach, FL 33139
Also located in Wynwood off 2 NW on 26th St, and in Coconut Grove.
This is heaven. Miami’s very own Cold Press Juice Bar. They also have by far the best Acai and Green Bowls I’ve ever tried. That Green Bowl is now one of my favorite treats. You must try any of their juices and Vegan + Raw Ready-to-Go Menu.
Apple A Day
1534 Alton Rd Miami Beach, FL 33139
My favorite health market in Miami. Apple A Day also has an in-store cafeteria offering Wraps and Sandwiches. The Falafel Wrap is delicious! It always comes with a side of soup at no cost. Apple A Day also recently launched their Cold Press Juice line. Great convenient location off Alton Road, in South Beach.
BRICKELL/COCONUT GROVE/CORAL GABLES
Glaser’s Farmers Market on Saturdays
19100 SW 137th Ave Miami, FL 33177
One of Miami’s most extensive Farmers Market. Glaser’s Farm is located in Homestead and every Saturday posts up in Coconut Grove next to other local vendors for the Grove’s Farmers Market. Glaser’s offer a wide variety of organic grains, seeds, dried foods, fruits and vegetables. They also come packed with Raw options. Wether you want to sit and eat at the market or take home with you, you can pick from salads or side dishes, or choose an item from their raw menu. Pair it up with a fresh Young Coconut Water, and have Housemade Raw Cinnamon Ice Cream for dessert. Must See!
The Last Carrot

VeganAroma (Previously La vie en Raw)
3808 SW 8th St, Coral Gables, FL 33134
Beehive Juice Bar
5750 Bird Rd Miami, FL 33155
1111 SW 1st Ave
Miami, FL 33130
6299 N Federal Hwy, Boca Raton, FL 33487
Plant Based Cuisine Restaurant located in Boca. Prices are reasonable, between the $8-$12 maybe one or two things were $16 for bigger, more-filling entrees. I couldn’t spot any tofu on the menu (which is a good thing,) and mostly every item is gluten free. They also offer a “Living Foods” section, and a Kids Menu. Darbster has Kombucha on tap with muddled berries, which immediately made me like them! The atmosphere is casual and relaxed. Staff is friendly, a little quiet for us Miami family, but everyone greets you with an honest smile. Awesome courtyard sitting area with shade, breeze and small waterfalls to enhance atmosphere. Recommended by manager, we had for appetizer the Palm Cakes, their take on Crab Cakes. Amazing and my favorite from everything we ordered. I’d come here again and again. Menu has varied options to choose from. Offering fresh, rarely processed foods which is what I want to see in a vegan/vegetarian restaurant. Darbster does it right. It elevates “vegetarian restaurant” to a new level of Plant Based fine dining.
17608 Collins Ave, Sunny Isles, FL 33160
Basil Park got it! They are ahead of the curve, they’ve taking the lead, and are setting a beautiful example. The restaurant opened about a month ago, and it’s located in Sunny Isles, Miami Beach. Now read this; the entire menu is #dairyfree, along with half of the menu offering vegan, balanced and nutrient dense dishes. There’s a cold press juice bar. They #alkaline the water and serve it for free. They also offer a fully #RAW menu option, and all desserts are vegan and raw! And my favorite thing is all their produce comes from their own farm. It’s healthy, and that’s sexy. Nothing ordinary, nothing boring or expected from this conscious eating restaurant. Food is filling, composed of exotic flavors, vegetables and ingredients. Chef #-Timo adapted our vegan and raw techniques and made out of them a cuisine that appeals to everyone, not just us herbivores. Thumbs up. Can’t wait to eat there again! Favorite dishes: Green Papaya Salad, and Chocolate Pâté.
1431 N Federal Hwy, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304
It’s nice to see a vegan restaurant that’s not a cafeteria. Sublime is that kind of restaurant with dimmed lights, running waterfalls and a full course menu. However I was disappointed at their poor menu options. Many processed soy based dishes, poor salad combinations, and very overpowering flavors.
